I obtained my Ph.D. in Information Systems and Organizations in 2007 at the University of Trento. I worked on a number of national and European projects. I joined the interAction research group in 2014 when I was appointed to plan, conduct and supervise research activities for the development of a sociotechnical infrastructure targeted to older citizens.
My research interests refer to the scientific and technological aspects of organizational processes and working practices in different contexts. I now focus on the Inclusive Design by applying a participatory approach.
