I obtained my PhD in Sociology and Social Research, specializing in Information System and Organization, in 2013 at the University of Trento, with an ethnographic inquiry titled “Making Sense of Users Participation in Open Source Projects: The case of a Mature Video Game”

My main research interests focus on Participatory Culture; Free and Open Source Software; Video Games Research; Cyber-Ethnography; Science & Technology Studies; Participatory Design; Renewable Energy.
